An Audio Diary: Hello from Home – Episode One

It’s been a few weeks of quarantine now and staying sane is proving hard. I’ve made a little audio diary of how I am staying productive (or at least trying to, given the circumstances).

There’s truly no easy way to go about being in isolation. However, to sum up the audio, these are some of my tips:

  1. Wake up as normal (or within an hour or so)
  2. Get ready as normal
  3. Get dressed! 
    • Normally I’d say study in pjs but that’s a bit of a slippery slope
  4. Eat well
    • Set meal times
  5. Tomato-timer
  6. Stretch
    • Spontaneous dancing moments
  7. Keep expectations real 
    • If your family are all bundled together, it will be tricky
  8. Check in with friends!
